In each 30 minute training session you’ll reap all the benefits of strength training, high intensity cardio, flexibility, and core strength in one workout.

Nutrition planning is an important factor in maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. Beacause of this, we work with our clients to develop realistic and sustainable meal plans. Don’t like something? Then it won’t be on your plan! We adjust nutrition plans so you can still enjoy your favorite foods while making progress every single day.

Health Coaching

When it comes to your health, you deserve to work with experts who will oversee your entire program including cardio training, muscle conditioning, nutrition, sports and athletic training, injury rehab, flexibility, balance and lifestyle. ADAM BOLDEN

Personal Trainer

Adam evolved from a skinny kid with little confidence to a fit young adult motivated to make a difference helping others achieve wellness, earning a degree in health and physical education and becoming a teacher at Alter  High School.

CHASE MEADE

Personal Trainer

He played football growing up and then transitioned to kickboxing in high school. It was then he did intensive strength training to complement his kickboxing instruction. While attending Sinclair, he taught kickboxing, and a student who was a personal trainer recommended Chase pursue a career in that field. He found his passion and became a certified personal trainer.

Erik Smith

Personal Trainer

A Tecumseh High School graduate, Erik Smith played college basketball at Northwood University in Florida under the legendary Rollie Massimino before returning to Dayton to pursue a degree in exercise science at Sinclair Community College. That path led him to becoming a certified personal trainer, incorporating his athletic background into helping others achieve wellness results.
